ICnova i.MX536 SODIMM - high end Cortex SODIMM-200 module
The device ICnova i.MX536 SODIMM is equipped with a Freescale i.MX536 MCU.
It operates with an Cortex-A8 core at 800 MHz CPU clock.

- 8 MByte parallel NOR-Flash for fast booting
- 4 GByte NAND Flash

- all voltage regulators on board, Input voltage should be 5V+-10%

Software
The uboot is preinstalled on the on-board NOR-flash. A Linux image with demo applications is preinstalled on the NAND-flash that is able to work with our ADB4001.ICnova iMX536
