[edit] Hardware

The In-Circuit DW1000 USB-Stick combines a radino32 DW1000 or a radinoL4 DW1000 with an UWB antenna as an USB device.

DW1000 USB-Stick

Features:

  • Arduino comtpatible
  • USB-A plug
  • Onboard UWB antenna
  • User LED, RX/TX LEDs and Power LED
  • Intput voltage: 5 VDC (USB)
  • Onboard 3.3 V regulator
  • Dimensions (LxWxH): 73 x 25 x 11 mm
  • Single buton to set radino32 DW1000 / radinoL4 DW1000 to bootloader mode

[edit] Software

The DW1000 USB-Stick with radino32 DW1000 is shipped programmed with the dw1000 advanced demo from our radino Library.
The DW1000 USB-Stick with radinoL4 DW1000 is shipped programmed with the basic dw1000 ranging demo from our radino Library, since it is not yet compatible with the dw1000 advanced demo.
At dw1000_advanced_demo#First_steps_with_radino32_DW1000 there is a short tutorial how to activate measurements on freshly delivered modules.
