ICnova AP7000 OEMplus - with USB 2.0 high speed host
The ICnova AP7000 OEMplus is the smallest AVR32 AP7000 based linux board with an USB host interface.
A missing USB-Host on the AT32AP7000 is no hassle any more and hooking up an external hard drive or an optical drive is easily done.
This module is equipped with a huge amount of memory to realise even complex applications without memory extension.
It has 256MB NAND Flash, 64MB Mobile SD-RAM and 1MB NOR-Flash for the bootloader. The SD-RAM is connected with a 32bit wide bus to use the full performance of the AT32AP7000.
The board is ready to go and needs only a single 3.3V power supply. All Linux sources are open source and can be ordered on a CD.
By using the ICnova AP7000 OEMplus module there is no need to develop a multilayer pcb for external components. The board can be snapped easily into the matching sockets.
A free Eagle Library is in the download section available.
The ICnova AP7000 OEMplus has the following features:
- AT32AP7000 processor with up to 210DMPIS at 140MHz clock
- 64MB SDRAM
- 8MB NOR-Flash, 16 bit wide
- 256MB NAND
- internal Vreg, VIN=3.3V
- all peripherals available at connectors
- very small footprint 40mm x 35mm
- long term availability (>5 years)
