Hardware
ICnova SAM9G45 SODIMM - high performance ARM9 SODIMM-200 module
The device ICnova SAM9G45 SODIMM is equipped with an Atmel AT91SAM9G45 MCU or its sister MCU Atmel AT91SAM9M10.
It operates with an ARM926EJS core at 400MHz CPU clock.
Features:
- Atmel ARM9 AT91SAM9G45B processor with up to 400 MHz CPU clock
- 128MB DDR2-RAM
- 8MB NOR-Flash
- 256MB NAND-Flash
- integrated 10/100 MBit Ethernet PHY
- voltage regulators for 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V core voltage
- all peripherals are accessible on connectors
- easy to use SODIMM-200 module (2.5V-Version)
- Commercial temperature range from -10°C to +70°C
- Industrial tempearture range from -40°C to +85°C also available
Suitable application development boards
Software
All Modules provided by In-Circuit usally have a Buildroot based system preinstalled, so they can be used out of the box.
Login as "root" for which no password is set.
If you are new to kernel building please refer to First Steps with Buildroot.
The Board support packages listed in table above contain all sources required to build the linux image for the different combinations with the ICnova SAM9G45 SODIMM.
If an older version of the BSP is needed please look at our Downloads section.
Generally the bootloaders on our modules are configured to loook for a bootable linux image on the SD-Card and only boot from flash if none is found.
On the ICnova SAM9G45 SODIMM the bootloader u-boot is preinstalled on the on-board flash.
