ICMount
ICMount is the mounting system for the anchors and devices of the ICPROX and ICTRAC systems — wall brackets, mounting arms, angle brackets and adapters.
Every part carries the same interface plate and they combine freely: wall bracket, then an angle bracket for the tilt, then the adapter for the device. Assembly needs no tools, the parts click together.
The mounting position of an anchor is dictated by the building and rarely matches the orientation the installation requires. Instead of a special bracket per situation, the needed combination of three or four system parts is plugged together; for a conversion it comes apart again.

The parts are printed in PA12 in our own production. The angle brackets come in steps of five degrees: 5° = 309.053C, 10° = 309.053D, 15° = 309.053E, 20° = 309.053F, 25° = 309.053G, 30° = 309.053H.
Wall bracket
The base part of the system: a plate with the interface on its receiving side. It carries everything that follows above it.
There are four ways to fix it — screws (pan head up to 5 mm), cable ties, double-sided tape or mounting adhesive. That covers practically any substrate, including pipework and steel beams that must not be drilled.
Mounting arm
Adjustable in four axes, with an interface plate on both ends. It brings a device into any direction and out of the wall plane as well — in front of a beam that would otherwise block the line of sight, for instance.
The arm can be released and re-set without touching the wall bracket. An anchor's orientation can therefore be changed later without opening the fixing.
Angle bracket 5–30°
Tilts the device by a fixed angle, interface plate on both sides. Six steps of 5° cover the range from 5° to 30°.
Compared to the mounting arm the angle bracket is flatter, lighter and cannot drift out of adjustment — for installations whose orientation is set once and then stays.
Adapter quad16XX43
Takes devices in the quad16XX43 form factor — the quad 164643 and identically shaped enclosures. The interface plate sits on its back, so the adapter goes onto a wall bracket, angle bracket or arm.
Surface mount quad164643
Holds a quad164643 device directly on the surface — no arm, no angle bracket. At 9 g and 40 mm tall it is the smallest part of the system, for cases where the tag should sit flat on a load carrier or a machine.
Holders for tags
Flat backing shells, one per tag enclosure. At 6 mm tall and 3 to 5 g they add almost nothing; the tag is inserted and can be taken out again to change the cell.
The shell is glued or screwed down — wherever a tag stays permanently in the same place, on a shelf, a tool trolley or a machine door.
Assembly
- Fix the wall bracket to the surface — screwed, glued or cable-tied, depending on the substrate.
- If needed, add an angle bracket or the mounting arm until the direction is right.
- Click on the adapter for the device's form factor and insert the device.
