ICPROX-ANT
The ICPROX-ANT is the radio module through which an ICPROX vehicle perceives its surroundings. Using ultra-wideband radio it measures the distance to every tag within range — accurate to roughly ten centimetres, without a camera and without requiring a clear line of sight.
Up to three modules on one vehicle additionally provide the direction a person is approaching from. The module adapts itself to the line it is connected to; there is nothing to set on the device.

Getting started
- Decide on the number of modules: one for the direction of travel, three for all-round detection.
- Choose a position high up with a clear view outwards, at least about 10 cm away from large metal surfaces.
- Bolt the housings firmly in place and note their orientation.
- Wire all modules to the antenna line of the ICPROX-CPU — no separate power supply is needed.
- Switch on and enter the mounting position of each module in the web interface, then verify with a personal tag.
